For Digital Products: When you purchase a Digital Product, you will be asked to confirm that you consent to immediate delivery and that you understand this means you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you experience significant technical issues preventing access to your purchase that our team cannot resolve within 7 days, you may request a refund. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with content will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
